All properties within Northlake Hills are on septic systems which are regulated by the LCRA. If you have an aerobic system you will be required by LCRA to have a maintenance contract in place as we are in the Lake Travis watershed. There are several good LCRA approved suppliers for septic services. LCRA website: www.lcra.org.

For propane, there are several good local suppliers. Most will provide automatic refill service at a discounted rate as a way to optimize each mobilization.

For City happenings go to the www.jonestowntx.gov site. There you can sign up for email regarding local events, general notices, and emergency services updates. Our police and emergency services district (ESD) fire and EMS is stationed in the town center area.

A great resource in this town is Jones Brothers Park as it has lake access and three boat ramps.  Residents can get two parking stickers per household to access the park at no cost.  Go to the City offices with proof of residency to get your window stickers.  This is a great place to swim, fish, picnic, and launch watercraft. Information on this park and others is located at the city website listed above.
